The wine undergoes four months of aging on its yeast lees, imparting a pleasant yeasty complexity to its concentrated flavor profile, which features notes of white currants, nectarines, and fragrant wildflowers.

This is a sophisticated wine with a rich, mineral-driven character. Its strong acidic structure allows it to develop beautifully over several years in the bottle. An excellent choice for pairing with shellfish.
