Created in the village of Murcia in South East Spain this great wine is fully organic. It is cultivated in traditional, artisanal methods of viticulture by Santos and Ioana. The grapes are harvested by hand, in the dark, during the second week of October, to ensure optimum freshness. The best are selected and undergo classic maceration in temperature control, for 20 days, stirring several times each day. Then the wine is poured into old oak barrels for several weeks before a light filtration and the bottling process.
Dark, fruity, with a hint of nutmeg and dark chocolate, this full bodied red is perfect for everyday drinking.
