Tasting Notes:
Brick red/tawny in colour, with delicate nutty aromas and a hint of dried fruits. On the palate, very well balanced with a youthful fruity, luscious character, which integrates well with a long spirity finish.

This port is one half of twins Ruby Dum and Tawny Dee. The wines from from the same batch, but are aged differently over five years. Ruby becomes rich and ruby like and the other paler and more tawnied. Best to buy one of each!

Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC

Cheese pairings: Non-blue cheeses such as manchego, gouda and gruyere.
