Ashlynn Goats Cheese

Description

One of our favourite British goats cheeses, Ashlynn with its black ash exterior and pure white interior looks beautiful on the cheeseboard.

The texture is medium soft and buttery, but it is a sharp cheese with a complex flavour. The more it matures the runnier it becomes. Awarded Gold at the 2019 British Cheese Awards, this cheese which hails from Worcester is a winner every year for us.

Try it on our charcoal crackers, and pair it with a bold red wine.
