Description
This Vacherin Mont d’Or is made by Sancey Richard Fromagerie, one of the smallest producers of this cheese in France. It is then matured by Herve Mons who then washes it regularly throughout the maturation process. This means that this cheese has more of the flavours that traditionally associated with Vacherin. The other version we sell is equally creamy and oozy, but its flavours are less pronounced than this cheese.
PLEASE NOTE: Baby Vacherin is a whole wheel that comes in a box and weighs approximately 500g.
