Lucy will be curating a delicious selection of cheeses from across Italy, showcasing the breadth of the country’s cheesemaking traditions. This tasting will explore the flavours, textures, and regional character that make Italian cheeses so distinctive.

Each cheese will be served with simple, seasonal accompaniments — fresh bread, and a few carefully chosen extras — allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine. A selection of Italian wines will be paired alongside, offering the chance to discover how these iconic flavours work together in harmony.
