Description

Our French manager confesses to loving this brie-type cheese, possibly more than French brie!

It is made with Fen Farm’s own raw milk and with a layer of raw milk mascarpone which is infused with delicious black truffles.

Once tasted it will be dreamt about, fantasised about and no-one will be satisfied until there’s some in the fridge. Be sure to serve it at room temperature, when the cheese will ooze off the cheeseboard and be irrestible.
