Swiss Fruit Bread

Description

This flour-less ‘bread’ is the perfect accompaniment to hard Alpine-style cheeses. It is supplied from Switzerland by the cheese-makers Jumi who make our Cironé and Belper Knolle. This lovely long-lasting treat is packed full of dried fruits and nuts including hazelnuts, dried apricots, pistachios as well as whisky! It is truly a luxurious partner for aged cheeses.
