Description
Classic goat’s cheese from the Loire Valley. It is coated in ash which gives it a striking appearance on any cheeseboard. It has lovely hazelnut aromas and lactic, slightly citrus flavours.
It is, of course perfect with classic styles of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. But do try it with a wheat beer if you get the chance!
