Seggiano Olive Paté





This recipe combines the flavours of four varieties of olives: green frantoiano olives, pendolino, greca and canino which are crushed together with a specific quantity of olive stones, which gives added potency and body to the taste.

Traditionally spread on toasted bread or bruschetta, it is also delicious on sandwiches and stirred through pasta.
