This organic cheese is made to a 70 year old recipe using traditional methods. Creamy organic vintage cheddar is sealed in Godminster’s distinctive burgundy wax and is matured for 12 months after the curds have been ‘cheddared’. The cheese itself has a strong salty-sweet flavour and a moist texture.
