This is the Champagne region’s most famous cheese. It has a luxurious texture and is often mistaken for a triple cream cheese but, in fact, is only double cream. It is rich with hints of mushrooms and has a melt-in-the-mouth texture. It was made to pair well with Champagne and is also a perfect cheese for the dessert course.
