A fantastic grower Champagne from a small estate in Épernay. Aged for 30 months—double the legal minimum—it delivers far more complexity than you’d expect at this level.

Bright and gently toasty, it regularly outshines many Grande Marques in blind tastings. Expect delicate bubbles, aromas of apricot and warm brioche, and a generous palate of ripe yellow fruit and biscuit notes, finishing long, clean and refreshing.
