This modern style cheese from Switzerland is washed in wine and spices whilst maturing in the cellar. This washing encourages a full, rich complex flavour profile. It melts superbly and will add a kick to your fondue, or give you the best cheese toastie you will have all year!

We love it with Pressure Drop’s Stokey Brown, and with Amontillado sherry.
