Description

The flavour of a summer’s day in a cheese. This delicious light, creamy and morish cheese is made from Mozzarella and cream and simply oozes out of its skin when pierced. Have it when you can, it’s seasonal and only available in the summer and best served simply with ripe tomatoes and a drizzle of Italian olive oil.
