As the vines mature and both vineyard practices and winemaking continue to develop, each vintage naturally takes on its own character. The ambition remains to craft wines that are pure, harmonious and built to age gracefully. This release feels like a clear progression toward that vision. The exceptional quality of the fruit meant we could take a very gentle, low-intervention approach in the cellar, letting the grapes express themselves fully.

Where the 2017 leaned toward a taut, mineral-driven style that is unfolding beautifully with time, the 2018 offers a more immediately generous and alluring expression, yet still holds the chalky finesse that ensures longevity. All Chardonnay is sourced from a single chalk-based plot, with fermentation split equally between 500L puncheon barrels and stainless steel.
