Jonathan and Dulcie Crickmore are passionate about raw milk. They are dairy farmers who believe strongly that everyone should have access to raw milk. But when milk prices started to fall last year, they were forced to diversify in order to keep in the dairy business. They took a course at The School of Artisan Food and hired cheese consultant Ivan Larcher who suggested they switch to Montbeliarde cows. He has helped them to develop the first Brie-style English cheese made with raw milk. We couldn't be more excited!
