This cheese cake serves 90-110 people
Base tier: 24cm diameter
Fourth tier: Keens Farmhouse Cheddar (roughly 6kg, 1/4 a whole wheel)
A traditional Cheddar, with a sharp flavour and creamy, crumbly texture.
Cow, unpasteurised
Third tier: Perl Las (roughly 2.5kg)
An organic blue cheese that is unlike any other blue. It’s intense yet also delicate and creamy.
Cow, pasteurised, vegetarian
Second tier: Mini Cornish Yarg (roughly 900-1kg)
A fresh and easy-going cheese with a springy texture. Wrapped in nettle leaves for a beautiful effect.
Cow, pasteurised, vegetarian
Top tier: Tunworth (individual cheese)
Similar to Camembert, with a fudgy centre and melting edges.
