Description

Description

Reblochon is unlike most cheeses from the mountains of the Savoie region, it is small and soft and enjoyed whilst still young. The name is derived from the French verb ‘reblocher’ which means ‘to pinch the cow’s udder again’. Reblochon is made with the second milking which is thicker and richer than the first. This is a washed-rind cheese with a soft smooth texture, and although the aroma is fairly pungent, it is delicately flavoured.

Cow’s Milk – Pasteurised

A luscious, soft cheese from the mountains of Savoie, Fleur des Alpes is the perfect alternative to Reblochon de Savoie. With its creamy, gooey texture and gentle, aromatic flavour, it brings a true taste of the French Alps to your table. Ideal for tartiflette, fondue or simply enjoyed with crusty bread and a glass of wine, this elegant mountain cheese is comfort and indulgence in every bite. Enjoy with elegant white or red wines.

Whole is approximately 440g-460g
