Description
An aged version of Stawley, a lovely goat’s cheese made in Somerset by Will and Caroline Atkinson from their herd of British Saanens, British Toggenbergs and Anglo Nubians.
Whereas Stawley’s flavour is light and creamy with hints of caramel, Greenham is an altogether different cheese – much firmer and drier, with nutty overtones and more astringent goatiness.
