Similar to Brie, but perhaps a bit more savoury. It has a lovely velvety rind which has mushroomy aromas. It is ideal for dinner parties as you can serve the whole cheese as one gorgeous statement cheese.

This cheese deserves Champagne, or a really good traditional method sparkling wine
