We are joining forces with Spanish supplier Brindisa, who we have been trading with for over 30 years! We both think we’re evidence that there was a lively food culture in 80s London and we were very much part of it. It’s a testament to their innovation and quality that they are still supplying us and have gone on to open restaurants and shops.
