We don’t call this time of year Autumn or bonfire season – to everyone at the Cheeseboard in Greenwich, it’s known as Vacherin season – one of our absolute favourites. Along with comforting cheeses like baked camembert and stilton, Lucy the cheesemonger is selecting our favourite seasonal cheeses for an evening of delicious cheese, stout and ale. Hearty and flavoursome.
