If you think you know Chardonnay think again. This has amazing complexity and a fuller more hearty disposition. Green peppers, savoury nuts (freshly cracked walnuts or Brazils) and chives on the palate followed up by a fruity greengage and a long salty finish. Delicious! I urge you to seek out many more wines from this fantastic Franche-Comte producer, like Pinot Noir.
