For this fully organic estate, run by Coralie and Damien Delecheneau since 2002, the key word is respect: respect for the soil, for nature, for historical techniques and for a demanding fruit. Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Fermentation and ageing stainless steel tank. Bottled the spring following the harvest.
