This lovely washed-rind cheese has been made by hand by Jeffa Gill and her team since 1979. Currently our favourite of the Irish washed-rind cheeses, Durrus has full, meaty flavours when it is mature. Be sure and eat the rind on this cheese, or you will miss out on the farmyardy flavours the team have worked so hard to achieve!

We love to drink porters and stouts with this cheese.
