This Brie de Meaux is made and affineured by the Dongé family in a town just east of Paris. This is the third generation to hand-ladle this stunning cheese. Brie does not get any better than this! It is the height of luxury with an opulent texture. The flavours are truffly and mushroomy and slightly beefy.

Serve with a dry sparkling wine, you will be amazed at the results!

If you are planning a large party, please note:

750g = One quarter of a whole Brie

1.5 kg = One half of a whole Brie

3 kg= One whole Brie
