Graceburn Cheese is made by Blackwoods Cheese Company, an artisan cheese producer based in Brockley, south-east London. Handmade from organic raw milk from cows on Commonwork Organic Farm in Kent, this creamy, fresh-tasting, feta-like cheese is marinated in oil, bay leaves, thyme, garlic and peppercorns. Particularly delicious served with thick-cut bread.
