Black Rice Grissini

Price £4.95

150g

Grissini breadsticks are the classic appetiser from Piemonte, in northern Italy, where the recipe was invented three centuries ago. _x000D_ These are hand made by a family bakery, which has been producing grissini since 1945 using simple, quality ingredients. By following traditional production principles instead of modern industrial methods, they continue to make genuine artisan grissini. This unusual recipe uses locally milled flour together with flour from Italian black rice and extra virgin olive oil. Strips of dough are individually hand rolled and pulled into the characteristic grissini shape before baking
